乡村振兴战略背景下大学生职业生涯规划教学创新思路分析

Analysis of Teaching Innovation of College Students under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

随着我国乡村振兴战略理念的提出与大学生就业压力的上升,高校基于乡村振兴战略背景下开展大学生职业生涯规划教学具有非常重要的作用。高校目前在大学生职业生涯规划教育中存在教师对大学生职业生涯规划教育意识薄弱,大学生职业生涯规划课程的师资力量不足,大学生缺乏正确的择业观等问题。如何在大学生职业生涯规划课程中融入乡村振兴战略理念是高校应重视的问题之一,为了解决这些问题,我们应该加强大学生职业生涯规划教育与乡村振兴战略的有效融合,加强大学生职业生涯规划课程师资队伍建设,并建设完善的评价体系,帮助大学生更好地就业。

With the proposal of the Chinese rural revitalization strategy and the rise of the employment pressure of college students,it is playing a very important role to teach college students'career planning under the background of the rural revitalization strategy.At present,there are some problems in college students'career planning education,such as teachers'weak awareness of their career planning education,lack of teachers in college students'career planning courses,and lack of correct view of career selection.How to integrate the rural revitalization strategy concept in college students'career planning course is one of the problems of colleges and universities,in order to solve these problems,we should strengthen the college students'career planning education and rural revitalization strategy of effective integration,strengthen the construction of college students'career planning curriculum teachers,and build a perfect evaluation system,to help college students better employment.
