摘要
脑深部电刺激术是运动障碍性疾病最有效的治疗方法之一,但在疗效和不良反应等方面仍存局限性,可能是由于现有的刺激模式过于固定,无法进行个体化调整。根据大脑电生理活动触发电刺激的自适应脑深部电刺激术可以随临床症状的变化而调整刺激模式,初步证实其疗效更佳。本文阐述自适应脑深部电刺激术的电生理学标志物及其在运动障碍性疾病中的应用进展。
Deep brain stimulation(DBS)is one of the most effective treatment methods for movement disorders,but there are still limitations in efficacy and adverse reactions,which may be due to the existing stimulation mode is too fixed to adjust according to the individual situation of patients.Adaptive deep brain stimulation(aDBS)based on the level of brain electrophysiological activity can adjust the stimulation mode with the change of clinical symptoms,which is more effective.The preliminary study of aDBS confirms its effectiveness.This article describes the electrophysiological signals involved in aDBS and its application progress in movement disorders.
