基于注意力分配视角的科研人员行为选择研究

A Study on the Behavioral Choice of Scientific Researchers Based on the Perspective of Attention Distribution

我国科技评价制度的建立与完善既促进了科技创新事业与经济社会发展,也事关科学研究的导向,深刻地影响着科研人员的行为选择。基于注意力分配理论,尝试从个体认知、制度与文化和科研组织三个层面构建研究框架,并对科研人员行为选择的注意力焦点、注意力情境以及注意力结构进行分析。研究发现:科研人员的行为选择并非自我固化,而是多因素综合作用的结果,且基于注意力分配视角的科研人员行为选择具有现实性、可转移性和组织性。因此,狠抓科技政策的落地实施,以“学术优劣”和“科学伦理”评价人才,方能引导众多科研人员在科研组织中激发创新活力。

The establishment and improvement of China's science and technology evaluation system not only promotes the scientific and technological innovation as well as the economic and social development,but also concerns the orientation of scientific research,which profoundly affects the behavioral choice of scientific researchers.Based on the theory of attention distribution,this article attempts to construct a research framework from three levels:individual cognition,behavioral context and scientific research organization,and analyzes attentional focus,attentional context and attentional structure of scientific researchers'behavioral choice.It is found that the behavioral choice of scientific researchers is not self-fixation,but the result of a combination of factors,and the behavioral choice of scientific researchers from the perspective of attention distribution is realistic,transferable and organized.Therefore,only by paying close attention to the implementation of China's science and technology policy and evaluating talents with academic merits and scientific ethics,can we guide many scientific researchers to stimulate innovation in scientific research organizations.
