基于钻石模型的安龙县食用菌产业竞争力研究

Study on Competitiveness of Edible Fungi Industry in Anlong County Based on Diamond Model

高原地区农业受地形、经济和历史因素的制约,形成了耕作方式单一、栽培品种单一、农业结构单一的现实困局,破解阻碍地区农业产业结构变革的限制性条件,助力乡村振兴的有效实施和稳步推进。近些年来,安龙县利用独特的区位优势、气候优势、生态优势,抓住产业扶贫和乡村振兴的契机,加强资金整合、政策支撑、要素聚集,逐渐形成了结构合理、层次分明、大小并举的食用菌产业体系,实现了食用菌产业的裂变式发展。本文以“钻石模型”为基础,从生产要素、相关产业、需求条件、企业战略、政府和机会六个方面对安龙县食用菌产业现状进行全面分析,提出了提升安龙县食用菌产业核心竞争力的措施和策略,为高原地区农业产业结构调整和区域经济升级提供路径参考。

Restricted by topographic,economic and historical factors,agriculture in the plateau region has formed a practical dilemma of single farming methods,single cultivated varieties and single agricultural structure.It has cracked the restrictive conditions that hinder the reform of regional agricultural industrial structure and helped the effective implementation and steady progress of rural revitalization.In recent years,taking advantage of its unique location advantages,climate advantages and ecological advantages,Anlong county has seized the opportunity of industrial poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,strengthened capital integration,policy support and factor aggregation,gradually formed an edible fungus industry system with reasonable structure,clear hierarchy and both large and small,and realized the fission development of edible fungus industry.Based on the"Diamond Model",this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of edible fungus industry in Anlong county from six aspects:production factors,related industries,demand conditions,enterprise strategy,government and opportunities,and puts forward measures and strategies to enhance the core competitiveness of edible fungus industry in Anlong county,so as to provide path reference for agricultural industrial structure adjustment and regional economic upgrading in plateau areas.
