习近平总书记视察胜利油田重要指示,为中国石化未来发展指明了方向道路。中国石化启动了“牢记嘱托、再立新功、再创佳绩,喜迎二十大”主题行动,中国石化镇海炼化分公司(以下简称“镇海炼化”)作为国内最大的炼化一体化基地和中国石化的标杆企业,在习近平总书记亲切关怀和推动下实现转型升级和高质量发展,推动主题行动高起点开局、高质量推进、高标准落实责无旁贷、义不容辞。镇海炼化立足“五个大年”自觉提高政治站位,深化“六个一体”坚持融合互促,做到“四个强化”层层压实责任,加速打造“世界级、高科技、一体化”绿色石化基地的思考与实践,为石油石化企业特别是炼化企业打造世界一流提供了可借鉴的经验。

The important oral and written instructions delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping while he inspected Shengli Oilfield helped to point out the direction and path for SINOPEC’s future development.SINOPEC launched the Theme Action of“Keep in mind the entrustment,make new contributions,create new achievements,and welcome the 20th CPC National Congress”.As the largest domestic refining and chemical integration base and a benchmark branch of SINOPEC,ZRCC has successfully achieved transformation and upgrading and high-quality development under the amiable care by General Secretary Xi Jinping.So,it is the duty and obligation for ZRCC to promote the Theme Action to start from a high threshold,to promote with high-quality,and to implement by high standards.ZRCC consciously improves its political position with the basis of the“Five-Important-Year”,adheres to the integration and mutual promotion by deepening the“Sixsphere Integrated New Pattern”,delivers the responsibilities to all levels with the intensification from four aspects,and accelerates to build the“world-class,high-tech,and integrated”green petrochemical base.All the thoughts and practices made by ZRCC through these years would provide experience and reference to those building world-class petroleum and petrochemical businesses,especially for refining and chemical enterprises.
