组织优势是我们党的独特优势,实现党的组织覆盖和工作覆盖是党组织发挥作用的基础和前提。党的十八大以来,中国石化把加强党的组织体系建设摆到重要位置,通过加强基本组织、基本队伍、基本制度建设,创新工作方式,不断扩大基层党的组织覆盖和工作覆盖;以压实责任、落实制度、考核评价、示范引领为手段,持续提升党建工作质量,实现组织覆盖从“有形”到“有效”的明显跨越。

Organizational advantage is the unique advantage of our Party,and realizing the organizational coverage and work coverage of the Party is the basis and premise for the Party organization to play its role.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,SINOPEC has placed strengthening the construction of the Party’s organizational system in an important position,constantly expanding the coverage of grass-roots Party organizations and work by strengthening the construction of basic organizations,basic teams and basic mechanisms,and innovating working methods.By means of delegating responsibility,implementing the system,the assessment and evaluation,and demonstration and guidance,we will continuously improve the quality of Party building work and achieve an obvious leap from“tangible”to“effective”organizational coverage.
