本文结合中国石化离退休工作部工作实际,从工作细节、“两项待遇”、工作创新等几个方面开展研究,在探讨如何做好离退休精准服务工作的同时,以期实现离退休工作有所创新和突破。

This paper analyzes the current situation of the management of the retired in enterprises,combined with the practical work of SINOPEC retirees-services,carries out research from the aspects of work details,“two benefits”and work innovation,and discusses how to do a good job in the precise service of retirees,in order to achieve innovation and breakthrough in this area.
