摘要
校企合作背景下“岗课赛证”这一人才培养模式是优化职业教育人才培养思路与模式、加强产教融合、促进高职学生全面发展的有效举措。但由于“岗课赛证”模式下主体需求与价值导向不匹配、“岗课赛证”体系不完善、“岗课赛证”模式没有落到实处、信息技术运用不充分等问题的存在,人才培养工作面临困难。高职院校、合作企业、职业技能大赛主办方及教育部门之间需要密切联系,完善“岗课赛证”体系,落实“岗课赛证”模式,充分运用信息技术,促进高职学生学习效率的提升,推动学生全面发展。
Under the background of school-enterprise cooperation,the talent training model of"post-course-competition-certificate"is an effective measure to optimize the training ideas and models of vocational education talents,closely integrate industry and education,and promote the all-round development of higher vocational students.However,Talent training faces obstacles due to the mismatch between the subject demands and the value orientation of the"post-course-competition-certificate"model,the imperfect"post-course-competition-certificate"system,the failure of the"post-course-competition-certificate"mode to be implemented,and the insufficient use of information technology,etc.In this regard,higher vocational colleges,cooperative enterprises,organizers of vocational skills competitions and education departments need to keep close contact,improve the"post-course-competition-certificate"system,implement the"post-course-competition-certificate"mode,and make full use of information technology to promote the learning efficiency of higher vocational students and promote their all-round development.
