青岛实现新旧动能转换新突破的路径

科技创新、产业链现代化、通道经济、消费经济是城市新旧动能转换呈现出的新趋势与新特点。当前,青岛市创新驱动发展初步形成,现代产业体系建设持续推进,门户枢纽功能持续增强,市场活力持续释放,新旧动能转换取得了长足发展。但是,在内生动力、质量和效益、配置效能等方面,青岛市新旧动能转换仍然存在一些问题。未来,青岛市应着重从高质量打造国家区域创新高地、推进产业链现代化与产业基础高级化、畅通要素流动“大通道”、加快国际消费中心城市建设等方面入手,切实推动新旧动能转换实现新的突破。

Technological innovation,industrial chain modernization,channel economy,and consumption economy are the new trends and characteristics of the conversion from old kinetic energy to new in cities.At present,the innovation driven development has initially taken shape in Qingdao,the construction of modern industrial system has been continuously promoted,the portal hub function has been continuously enhanced,the market vitality has been continuously released,and the conversion from old kinetic energy to new has made great progress.However,there are still some problems in Qingdao in terms of endogenous power,quality and efficiency,allocation efficiency and so on.In the future,Qingdao should focus on building a national regional innovation highland with high quality,promote the modernization of industrial chain and the upgrading of industrial foundation,unblock the“big channel”of factor flow,and accelerate the construction of international consumption center city,so as to effectively promote the conversion from old kinetic energy to new and achieve new breakthroughs.
