介绍治疗肝郁湿热型慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床经验。认为本病病因由情志调摄不当、饮食不节、正虚内损等引起,导致肝失疏泄,脾胃运化失常,气机失调,湿热内生所致。治疗上重视平衡阴阳、顾及他脏、疏调气机、祛腐生肌四个方面协同用药,并根据病情标本缓急,用药有主次先后,调和阴阳、以平为期。并附验案1则,以资佐证。

This article mainly introduces the clinical treatment experience of Chief TCM Physicia ZHANG Zhi-qiang in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis of liver stagnation and damp-heat type. The author believes that the pathogen of this disease is caused by improper emotional adjustment, improper diet, and internal impairment. These pathogena lead to liver failure, dysfunction of the spleen and stomach, imbalance of qi, and endogenous dampness and heat.In treatment, the four aspects of balancing yin and yang, taking into account other viscera, smoothing and regulating qi, and dispelling decay and promoting muscle are used in coordination. According to the urgency of the disease specimens, the medication should be given priority and second order to reconcile yin and yang for a period of time.At the end of the article, one case is attached.
