降浊解毒汤联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进症疗效及对甲状腺功能水平的影响

The Therapeutic Effect of Jiangzhuo Jiedu Decoction Combined with Methimazole in the Treatment of Hyperthyroidism and Its Effect on the Level of Thyroid Function

目的:探究降浊解毒汤联合甲巯咪唑在甲状腺功能亢进症中的应用效果。方法:88例痰浊瘀毒型甲亢患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各44例。对照组口服甲巯咪唑片,观察组在对照组基础上联合降浊解毒汤治疗,两组均连续治疗3个疗程。对比两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、甲状腺功能指标和不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为93.18%,高于对照组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分较对照组低,T3、T4、FT3、FT4水平均低于对照组,TSH水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为9.09%,低于对照组的27.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:降浊解毒汤联合甲巯咪唑有利于改善甲亢患者的临床症状、调节甲状腺功能、不良反应少、安全性高,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of Jiangzhuo Jiedu Decoction combined with methimazole in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with hyperthyroidism of phlegm,turbidity,blood stasis and toxin were divided into observation group and a control group with 44 cases in each group according to a random number table.The control group was treated with methimazole tablets,and the observation group was treated with Jiangzhuo Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3consecutive courses.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,thyroid function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.18%,which was higher than 77.27% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with T3,T4,FT3,FT4 level was lower than the control group,TSH level was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 9.09%,which was lower than 27.27% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiangzhuo Jiedu Decoction combined with methimazole is beneficial to improve the clinical symptoms of patients with hyperthyroidism,regulate thyroid function,has fewer adverse reactions,and is highly safe.It is worthy of promotion.
