党史学习教育涵养高等中医药院校师德师风建设路径研究——以福建中医药大学为例

Study on the Construction Path of the Professional Morality and Virtue of Teachers in Colleges and Universities of TCM by Imparting and Studying the History of the CCP:Taking Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an Example

新时代对高等中医药院校师德师风建设工作提出了新的要求。全方位、多举措、多角度开展师德师风建设,构建师德师风建设长效机制,不断增强其针对性和有效性是高等中医院校推动教师思想政治工作的重要任务。本文以新时代高等中医院校师德师风建设存在的问题为切入点,探讨党史学习教育赋能师德师风建设的必要性,并提出应从把牢正确方向,加强教师队伍政治建设;聚焦重点人群,做实做深教师思想引领;坚持德法并举,推动师德规矩落地生根;强化榜样示范,增强教师责任感使命感等方面推动党史学习教育涵养高等中医院校师德师风建设。

The new era eye-witnesses the new requirements for the construction of teachers’professional morality and virtue in colleges and universities of TCM.Carrying out the construction of teachers’professional morality and virtue in all directions,with multiple measures and from multiple angles,building a long-term mechanism for the construction of teachers’professional morality and virtue and continuously enhancing its pertinence and effectiveness are important tasks for colleges and universities to promote the ideological and political work of teachers.Taking the problems existing in the construction of teachers’ethics and style in colleges and universities of TCM in the new era as a breakthrough point,this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility in the way of the imparting and studying the history of the CCP,which empowers the construction of teachers’professional morality and virtue.And therefore several measures are proposed,namely,taking the correct direction and strengthening the construction of political awareness of the teaching staff,focusing on key groups to implement teachers’ideological guidance practically and in-depth,adhering to both ethics and laws to ensure the fulfillments of teachers’professional morality and virtue,strengthening role models to enhance teachers’sense of duty and responsibility and so on.All of the above can be taken to promote teachers’professional morality and virtue in colleges and universities of TCM throughout imparting and studying the history of the CCP.
