摘要
针对工程教育认证背景下学生指导存在的问题,提出一种依托本科生全程导师制构建的师生共建团队指导模式,从学科竞赛、项目开发等方面进行全方位指导,帮助学生达成毕业要求和培养目标。提出的模式是对现有学生指导体系的有益补充,多年实践经验表明,该模式能够有效促进学生指导,提升专业人才培养质量,为工程教育认证提供有力支撑。
In view of the problems existing in student guidance under the background of engineering education certifi cation,this paper puts forward a guidance mode that teachers and students build a team to-gether based on the whole-course tutorial system for undergraduates,and provides all-round guidance from the aspects of discipline com-petition,team cooperation and project development to help students achieve professional graduation requirements and training objectives.The proposed model of teachers and students co-constructing team is a benefi cial supplement to the existing student guidance system.Years of practical experience show that this model can eff ectively promote student guidance,improve the quality of professional trai-ning,and provide strong support for engineering education certifi ca-tion.
