水电站水力自动控制阀“偷关”故障分析

摘要 由于水力自动控制阀的启闭操作引入水轮发电机组自动运行流程中的水电站会发生阀体“偷关”故障,从而引发水轮发电机组运行过程中技术供水突然中断的风险,从而造成极大危害。结合对某水电站几起水力自动控制阀“偷关”故障的梳理分析,找出了故障原因,并提出了水力自动控制阀及水电站技术供水相关的运维建议。 There is a risk on sudden interruption of water supply due to valve body"closed unexpectedly"occurred in hydropower stations where hydraulic automatic control valves are introduced into the automatic operation flow of hydropower generators.Combined with the analyses on several failures of hydraulic automatic control valves"closed unexpectedly"in a hydropower station,some suggestions are put forward on the operation and maintenance of such valves and technical water supply for hydropower stations.
