干渣机钢带事故分析

Accident Analysis on the Steel Strips of a Slag Dryer

摘要 针对某电厂锅炉发生的干渣机钢带严重跑偏事故,介绍了事故进程及处理措施,指出本次事故是由钢带机导料板受热超限局部变形、冷却控制失效、导料板结构和材质不良、钢带机电机跳闸保护整定不合理、钢丝衬网服役超期、维护管理不到位等多个因素所致,并结合电厂实际给出了一些具体防范措施。 In view of a serious accident of a slag dryer’s steel strips running off in a power plant,the accident process and treatments are described.It is indicated that this accident was caused by multiple factors such as partial deformation of the strip mill’s guide plates due to overheating,failure in cooling control,poor structure and material,improper trip protection set point of strip mill,extended service of wire mesh,and poor maintenance and management.In combination with the plant practices,several specific preventive measures are put forward.
