Abnormal Analysis and Treatment of High-temperature and High-pressure Fasteners for Steam Turbine

针对某电厂汽轮机高温高压紧固件出现的异常现象,从螺栓存在根部应力、运行过程中产生的循环拉力、螺栓紧固工艺等方面进行分析,并从技术监督管理、检修工艺流程等方面提出了防范与解决措施。

Analysis is performed on the anomalies of high-temperature and high-pressure fasteners of steam turbine in a power plant,which are resulted from multiple factors such as bolt root stress,cyclic tension during operation and bolt fastening process,and preventive and settlement measures are put forward in terms of technical supervision,management and maintenance process,and so on.
