国产自主可控分散控制系统可靠性分析

摘要 分散控制系统是发电厂过程控制的核心,通过冗余性能测试和实时性测试对国产自主可控DCS系统可靠性和实时性进行分析,并对标非纯国产DCS系统,检验国产自主可控DCS系统的可靠性。测试结果表明,国产自主可控DCS系统在冗余性能和实时性方面均满足电力行业相关规程和实际生产要求。 Distributed control system is a core component of process control in a power plant.Tests are performed on DCS reliability and real-time performance to analyze the reliability and real-time performance of the domestic autonomous controllable DCS,and validate its reliability via benchmarking against those incomplete localized DCS systems.The testing results show that such a DCS meets the requirements of relevant regulations and actual production requirements in redundancy and real-time performance.
