摘要
结合变电运维班组安全文化创建案例,提出通过安全+党建系列活动,创新安全管理方式方法,实施设备主人制强化设备管理,创新利用绩效考核工具激励员工,利用互联网软件线上、线下结合开展安全技能培训,开展数字化转型,参与标准体系创建并大力推广标准化作业,多管齐下开展班组安全建设,对电网公司加强变电运维班组安全建设具有一定参考价值。
Based on the construction case of substation operation and maintenance team safety culture,a proposal on the multi-pronged safety construction of teams is carried out by taking the activities of security and party building series,innovating safety management approaches,implementing equipment master system to strengthen equipment management,taking an innovative use of performance evaluation tools to motivate employees,and the Internet software to conduct online and offline training of safety skills,carrying out the digital transformation,participating in the establishment of standard system and vigorously promoting standardized operations,which presents a certain reference value for power grid companies to strengthen the safety construction of substation operation and maintenance teams.
