基于宁乡市大成桥镇退休人士参与乡村建设的实例看,活动理论视角下的新乡贤较传统意义上的乡贤更有具体性和独特性,他们一般综合素质高,具有权威性和居民的高认可度,是乡村建设的中坚力量。以新乡贤为引领的农村本地力量参与乡村建设,打造稳定沟通平台,为新时期我国的乡村振兴提供了事实经验和规范化路径。他们将自身的特有优势融合于乡村建设事业,创造了以文明为内核、模式为辅助的特色乡村文化,为乡村振兴战略的实施提供了新路径。

Based on the example of the participation of retired people in rural construction in Dachengqiao Township,Ningxiang City,the qualities of new villagers in the perspective of activity theory are more specific and unique than the villagers in the traditional sense,and they are generally of high comprehensive quality,authority and highly recognized by residents,and are the backbone of rural construction.The participation of local rural forces led by new villagers in rural construction and the creation of a stable communication platform provide factual experiences and standardized paths for rural revitalization in China in the new era.They integrate their unique advantages in the cause of rural construction and create a distinctive rural culture with civilization as the core and model as the auxiliary,which provides a new path for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
