摘要
心理动机、领导风格与组织绩效关系的研究近年来成为管理领域关注的重点,对企业的管理实践有着重要意义。在领导风格与企业绩效之间构建了一条经由“心理动机”的影响通路,并运用SPSS对数据进行统计分析和对假设进行了验证,研究结果有力验证了心理动机在领导风格影响组织绩效过程中的中介效应;内部动机在领导风格影响组织绩效的过程中具有中介效应,但外部动机仅起部分中介作用;在交易型领导风格对组织绩效的影响中,内部动机产生的间接效应值高于外部动机产生的间接效应值;在变革型领导风格对组织绩效的影响中,外部动机产生的间接效应值高于内部动机产生的间接效应值。
In recent years,there has become the focus for the research on the relationship between psychological motivation,leadership style,and organizational performance in the management field,which have important significance for the management practice of enterprises.This research builds an influence path through"psychological motivation"between leadership style and corporate performance by literature method and collects data by questionnaire survey method.SPSS has used to conduct statistical analysis of data,and to validate the hypothesis.The results show that:(1)strengthened the mediating effect of psychological motivation in the process of leadership style affecting organizational performance;(2)showed that internal motivation has a mediating effect in the process of leadership style influencing organizational performance,but external motivation only plays a part in the mediating effect;(3)pointed out the indirect effect value of internal motivation is higher than that of external motivation;on the contrary,in the influence of transformational leadership style on organizational performance,the indirect effect value of external motivation is higher than the indirect effect value produced by internal motivation,which in the impact of transactional leadership style on organizational performance.Based on the research results,some suggestions have put forward for the enterprise HRM.
