摘要 通过分析产品制造过程特性,依据制造过程中碳排放情况将产品制造过程划分为四个层级,并梳理了碳足迹核算方法的优缺点。同时基于生态效率定义了碳效率估算模型,构建了产品制造系统碳效率评估流程,用来作为反映产品制造过程中碳排放与产量以及制造情况的指标,为衡量产品制造过程中产量与对环境影响程度提供了新思路。 By analysing the characteristics of the product manufacturing process,the product manufacturing process is divided into four levels according to the carbon emissions in the manufacturing process,and the advantages and disadvantages of the carbon footprint accounting methods are sorted out.At the same time,a carbon efficiency estimation model is defined based on eco-efficiency,and a process for assessing the carbon efficiency of product manufacturing systems is constructed,which is used as an indicator to reflect the carbon emissions of the product manufacturing process and the production and manufacturing situation,providing a new way of thinking to measure the production and the degree of environmental impact of the product manufacturing process.
