摘要
融合机械、电子、信息技术等诸多特点的机电一体化技术,具备较强的综合性,通过有机组合生产设备,并依托信息化设备控制生产设备,助力工业的快速发展。智能制造中在应用机电一体化技术时,往往体现在柔性制造类、数控加工类等领域,在提高生产效率的同时也能优化生产质量,能带动企业生产力、产品科技含量及质量的提高,是智能制造今后发展的一个主要方向,因而此项技术在制造行业中逐渐实现了广泛应用。本文简单介绍了智能制造,剖析了智能制造与机电一体化技术相关性及实际应用构想,并围绕智能制造中机电一体化技术的应用展开了探讨,以供参考与借鉴。
Mechatronics technology,which integrates many characteristics such as machinery,electronics and information technology,has strong comprehensiveness.It helps the rapid development of industry by organically combining production equipment and relying on information equipment to control production equipment.In the application of mechatronics technology in intelligent manufacturing,it is often reflected in the fields of flexible manufacturing and NC machining.It can not only improve the production efficiency,but also optimize the production quality,and drive the improvement of enterprise productivity,product scientific and technological content and quality.It is a main direction for the future development of intelligent manufacturing,Therefore,this technology has gradually been widely used in the manufacturing industry.This paper briefly introduces intelligent manufacturing,analyzes the correlation between intelligent manufacturing and mechatronics technology and practical application ideas,and discusses the application of mechatronics technology in intelligent manufacturing for reference.
