测量力对高精度薄壁零件测量不确定度影响研究

摘要 薄壁零件作为航空航天领域的重要零件,其加工精度的保证一直是一个难题,只有测量准确才能正确的指导产品的加工。本文结合自身实际工作经验,对高精密薄壁零件内外径尺寸的测量方法和注意事项进行了介绍,以保证测量尺寸的准确性,研究如何在保证测量精度的前提下,提高测量效率。 As an important part in the field of aerospace,the measurement accuracy of thin-walled parts has always been a difficult problem.Only accurate measurement can correctly guide the processing of products.Combined with their own practical work experience,this paper introduces the measurement methods and precautions of internal and external diameter dimensions of high-precision thin-walled parts,in order to ensure the accuracy of measurement dimensions,and studies how to improve measurement efficiency on the premise of ensuring measurement accuracy.
