基于光纤传感技术的掘采装备应力应变测试

摘要 本文介绍了光纤应力应变测试机理,分析了掘采装备应力应变检测难点及解决措施,构建了掘采装备光纤应力应变测试系统。以某型号掘采装备为研究对象,在其典型承载部件上布置了光纤应力应变测点,测试了稳定靴撑地工况下,稳定靴安装座的应力应变,为监测掘采装备典型承载部件动态载荷提供了光纤测试技术支持。 Introduced the mechanism of the optical fiber stress-strain testing,Analyzed the difficulties and solutions of stress and strain detection of mining equipment.An optical fiber stress-strain testing system for mining equipment was constructed.Taking a certain type of mining equipment as the research object,The fiber stress and strain measuring points were arranged on its typical bearing parts,The stress and strain of the stabilizer shoe mount under the ground support condition were tested,Provides optical fiber testing technical support for monitoring the dynamic load of typical bearing components of mining equipment.
