摘要
以龙门式铣床X2020工作台直流调速为例,论述了KBB系列双闭环直流调速系统的组成、系统的调试以及适配此系统的主电路元件的选择计算,为年代久远电子元件严重老化的金切机床直流调速系统改造寻求技术支持。通过对该机床的成功改造,为金切机床直流调速系统进行局部改造提供了一种有效的途径。
Taking the DC speed regulation of x2020 worktable of gantry milling machine as an example,the current loop regulator discusses the composition of kBb series double closed-loop DC speed regulation system,the commissioning of the system and the selection and calculation of main circuit components suitable for the system,so as to seek technical support for the transformation of DC speed regulation system of metal cutting machine tool with serious aging of electronic components.Through the successful transformation of the machine tool,an effective way is provided for the local transformation of the DC speed regulation system of the metal cutting machine tool.
