摘要
本文依托于移情设计理论,着重关注大学生生活日常及医疗防治过程中被忽视的负性情绪问题,以用户为中心,关注于大学生的行为、态度、情感等细节要素,深入挖掘其潜在心理需求,创造性地理解大学生难以感知或难以表达的情绪、情感需求,积极寻找设计需求及切入点,进而构建大学生情绪健康产品移情设计框架以指导设计实践,以此来引导大学生心理情绪状态的正向发展,帮助其营造积极健康的心理环境。
Relying on the theory of empathy design,this paper focuses on the neglected negative emotions in the daily life of college students and in the process of medical prevention and treatment.It pays attention to the details of college students’behavior,attitude,emotion,etc.,deeply explores their potential psychological needs to creatively understand college students’emotions and emotional needs that are difficult to perceive or express,and actively seeks design needs and entry points,then constructs an empathy design framework for college students'emotional health products to guide design practice,so as to guide the positive development of college students'psychological and emotional state,and help them create a positive and healthy psychological environment.
