新时代天津深入推进京津冀协同发展的战略思考

The Strategic Thinking of Tianjin in the New Era to Promote the Coordinated Development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

京津冀协同发展战略是一项重大国家战略。八年间,天津融入京津冀协同发展取得重大成就,服务北京非首都功能疏解成效显著,打造“轨道上的京津冀”初具雏形,联防联控保障生态环境持续改善,推动协同创新共同体加速建设,促进三地公共服务均衡发展。但同时京津冀协同发展也存在亟待解决的问题,面临着挑战,需要进一步从产业协同、科技创新、交通互联互通、世界级城市群建设、生态环境联保共治、公共服务互惠共享等方面推进京津冀协同发展。

The coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region strategy is a major national strategy.Over the past eight years,Tianjin has made major achievements in integrating itself into the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Significant progress has been made in relieving the non-capital functions of Beijing,and a prototype of"Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei on the rail"has taken shape.Joint prevention and control efforts have been made to ensure continuous improvement of the ecological environment.At the same time,the coordinated developmentof the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region also faces problems and challenges that need to be addressed urgently.We need to further promote the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development in the areas of industrial synergy,scientific and technological innovation,transportation connectivity,world-class city cluster development,joint management of the ecological environment,and the mutual benefit and sharing of public services.
