摘要 针对目前农机深松作业过程中作业数据采集成本偏高、测算面积精度偏低的问题,设计了一种基于STM32的低成本深松作业信息采集系统.系统通过北斗导航、无线传输、数据存储备份模块对深松作业信息进行采集并利用三角剖分等算法对作业面积进行计算.实验结果表明:本系统可在深松作业时将作业面积相对误差率控制在4%以下,并可在作业不达标以及单个模块工作异常时主动报警. In order to solve the problem of high cost of operation data collection and low accuracy of measured area in the process of agricultural machinery deep loosening operation,a low-cost subsoiling operation information collection system based on STM32 was designed.The system collected the information of subsoiling operation through the Beidou navigation module,wireless transmission module,data storage and backup modules,and used triangulation algorithm and other algorithms to accurately calculate the operating area.The experimental results show that the system can accurately calculate the operating area during subsoiling operation,and can actively alarm when the operation fails to meet the standard and the single module works abnormally.
