摘要
针对目前临床治疗带状疱疹时的用药量大、周期长、存在副作用等问题,设计了一种带状疱疹超声治疗仪.该治疗仪以单片机STM32F103ZET6作为主控芯片,采用AD9833芯片以DDS方式生成高频激励信号,通过功放模块进行功率放大来驱动超声波换能器,输出满足设计要求的超声波;同时,采用乐鑫公司的ESP32模块,完成设备的上云,实现APP对设备的远程控制;本文还进行了电源模块、空载保护模块等硬件设计,以及系统软件设计;通过实验对治疗仪的输出频率、输出功率和远程控制性能进行了测试.测试结果表明,本治疗仪的技术指标达到我国医药行业标准的要求,具有市场应用价值.相比传统的超声波治疗仪,本文设计的治疗仪具有多种频率选择、多档强度调节、空载保护及远程控制等功能.
Aiming at the problems of herpes zoster were large dosage,long period,side effects and so on existing in the clinical treatment,an ultrasonic treatment instrument was designed for herpes zoster.The STM32ZET6 was used as the main control chip.The high frequency excitation signals were generated in DDS mode,and were amplified with the power amplifier module to drive the ultrasonic transducer,so the ultrasonic waves meeting the design requirements was output.At the same time,based on ESP32 module of ESPRESSIF,the upper cloud of the device was completed to realize the remote control of the device by APP.In addition,the hardware such as the power module and the no-load protection module,and the software were designed.The output frequency,output power and remote control performance of the therapeutic apparatus were tested through experiments.The test results show that the technical indexes of the therapeutic instrument meet the requirements of pharmaceutical industry standard of China,and the therapeutic instrument has market application value.Compared to the traditional therapeutic apparatus,the therapeutic instrument has the functions of multiple frequency selection,multi gear intensity adjustment,no-load protection,remote control and so on.
