摘要
传统加工方法难以精确控制各材料分布,只能制备材料分布比较简单的零件,异质材料零件3D打印技术具有材料、结构和功能并行设计与制造的特点,能够实现多种材料的可控定量按需打印,制作出不同组分和分布的多材料异质零件,在航空航天、特种工业、医学工程等领域具有广阔的应用前景,成为国内外3D打印领域的研究热点。介绍了多材料零件3D打印成形工艺技术现状及特点。
Conventional processing methods are difficult to precisely control the distribution of each material,and only parts with relatively simple material distribution can be prepared.It needs to be printed to produce multi-material heterogeneous parts with different components and distributions,which has broad application prospects in aerospace,special industry,medical engineering and other fields,and has become a research hotspot in the field of 3D printing at home and abroad.The current situation and characteristics of 3D printing forming technology for multi-material parts are introduced.
