磁分离药剂智能投加控制系统设计与应用

摘要 针对采用手动加药存在的药剂过量、药剂不足以及药剂残留等问题,通过对水质在线检测仪表的优选,结合磁性絮体具有密实、边界清晰、易于沉降的特点,设计了由在线浊度检测系统、图像处理系统、可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)自动加药系统组成的磁分离药剂智能投加控制系统。该系统以浊度控制为主、以图像控制为辅的控制方案实现精确投加,不仅节省了约20%的药剂,还降低了工人的劳动强度。 In view of the problems existing in manual dosing,such as drug overdose,drug shortage and drug residue,through the optimization of water quality online detection instrument,combined with the characteristics of magnetic flocs with dense,clear boundary and easy settlement.A magnetic separation agent intelligent dosing control system consisting of online turbidity detection system,image processing system and programmable logic controller(PLC)automatic dosing system was designed.The system uses turbidity control as the main control and image control as the auxiliary control scheme to achieve accurate adding,which not only saves about 20%of the agents,but also reduces the labor intensity of workers.
