滚珠丝杠副扭转接触刚度理论建模与试验研究

摘要 为了分析滚珠丝杠副扭转接触刚度,首先基于切向滑移理论,对滚珠与滚道接触区域进行受力变形分析,建立了滚珠丝杠副扭转接触刚度模型。其次研制滚珠丝杠副扭转刚性试验台,在轴向加载下,通过角位移-扭矩曲线获得了扭转接触刚度。最后对DKF4016型滚珠丝杠副进行了多次测试。结果表明:在加载过程中,扭转接触刚度随扭矩呈指数关系变化,理论值与实测值最大相对误差为5.24%,验证了理论模型的正确性。 In order to analyze the torsional contact stiffness of the ball screw pair,based on the tangential slip theory,the force and deformation analysis of the contact area between the ball and the raceway is carried out,and the torsional contact stiffness model of the ball screw is established.Secondly,the torsional rigidity test bench of the ball screw is developed.Under axial loading,the torsional contact stiffness is obtained through the angular displacement-torque curve.Finally,the DKF4016 ball screw is measured several times.The results show that the torsional contact stiffness changes exponentially with the torque during the loading process.The maximum relative error between the theoretical and the measured value is 5.24%,which verifies the correctness of the theoretical model.
