犬车祸骨折并发尿道破裂与软组织损伤的诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and treatment of urethral rupture and soft tissue injury in dogs with traffic accident fracture

现有一病例为犬车祸骨折并伴有并发症,采用临床检查、实验室检查及影像学检查对患犬进行诊断,手术进行治疗。经检查,患犬临床表现为后肢无力、疼痛、呻吟,按压后肢脚趾无明显反应。实验室检测结果显示,患犬血液生化钙离子含量偏低,中性粒细胞数量偏高,红细胞数量偏高。影像结果显示,患犬髂骨翼骨折,髂骨与坐骨连接处断裂,荐髂联合部移位。进行手术出现并发尿道破裂与软组织损伤。经过及时诊断与手术治疗以及合理的术后护理,患犬恢复良好出院。文章通过对该病例的分析,为宠物车祸后出现相似病症的诊断、治疗、术后护理提供参考。

The existing case was a dog car accident fracture with complications.Clinical examination,laboratory examination and imaging examination were used to diagnose the dog,and surgery was used for treatment.After examination,the clinical manifestations of the dog were weakness,pain and moaning of the hind limbs,and there was no obvious response to pressing the toes of the hind limbs.Laboratory test results showed that the blood biochemical calcium ion content of the dog was low,the number of neutrophils was high,and the number of red blood cells was high.The imaging results showed that the dog suffered a fracture of the iliac wing,the junction of the iliac bone and the sciatic bone,and the dislocation of the sacral symphysis.The operation was complicated by urethral rupture and soft tissue injury.After timely diagnosis,surgical treatment and reasonable postoperative care,the dog recovered well and was discharged from the hospital.Through the analysis of the case,the article provides a reference for the diagnosis,treatment and postoperative care of pets with similar symptoms after a car accident.
