摘要
研究旨在评价ω-3脂肪酸对犬皮肤病的治疗效果,选取60只皮肤病患犬进行临床试验研究。其中15只为过敏性皮肤病,24只为真菌感染,21只为蠕形螨感染。不同病因导致的皮肤病患犬均设对照组(A组):给予空白胶囊(安慰剂),不使用任何药物;对症药物和ω-3脂肪酸治疗组(B组);对症药物、ω-3脂肪酸和B族维生素联合治疗组(C组)。治疗时间为3周,期间记录各组试验动物的皮肤恢复情况,对比治疗效果。结果显示,经过3周治疗,过敏性皮肤病各组的治疗有效率分别为20.00%、80.00%、100.00%;真菌感染各组的治疗有效率分别为25.00%、87.50%、100.00%;蠕形螨感染各组的治疗有效率分别为14.29%、85.71%、85.71%。各种皮肤病的治疗效果均以C组最佳。研究表明,使用ω-3脂肪酸和B族维生素联合治疗犬皮肤病有较好疗效。
The purpose of the study was to evaluate the efficacy ofω-3 fatty acids in the treatment of canine skin diseases,60 dogs suffering from skin diseases were selected for the study.15 dogs were allergic skin diseases,24 dogs were fungal infections and 21 dogs were Demodex infections.The dogs were divided into three groups according to different causes,and each group was set up as blank control group(group A):Blank capsules(placebo)were given without any drugs.Symptomatic drugs andω-3 fatty acid treatment group(group B).Symptomatic drugs,ω-3 fatty acids and B vitamins combined treatment group(group C).After three weeks of treatment,the skin recovery and treatment effect of the experimental animals in each group were compared.The results showed that after three weeks of treatment,the treatment effective rates of allergic skin disease groups were 20.00%,80.00%and 100.00%,respectively.The treatment effective rates of fungal infection groups were 25.00%,87.50%and 100.00%,respectively.The effective rates of Demodex infection in each group were 14.29%,85.71%and 85.71%,respectively.The treatment effect of various skin diseases was the best in group C.The study indicates that the dogs skin recovery were best treated withω-3 fatty acids and B vitamins.
