云南某猪场6种疾病混合感染的诊断

Diagnosis of mixed infection of six diseases in a pig farm in Yunnan

云南某猪场发现保育猪出现死亡和咳喘、腹泻等症状,为查找病因、控制疫情,试验采集病死猪的血液和组织进行抗原抗体检测、组织切片及细菌分离培养,并给出治疗建议。结果显示,该猪场母猪免疫合格;保育猪蓝耳病免疫不合格。母猪抗原结果均为阴性;保育猪存在猪圆环病毒、猪蓝耳病毒、猪肺炎支原体和大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌混合感染。显微镜下观察可见,肺脏整体结构发生破坏,肺泡内充满红色黏液;脾脏小梁变宽,脾小体出血,间质、窦腔增宽,红髓区与白髓区界限不清,淋巴细胞消失。建议该猪场及时查找抗体水平低于80%的猪免疫失败的原因,并对疫苗接种进行调整和补种;其次,针对该猪场出现的混合感染现象,应隔离保育猪,发病猪投喂黄芪多糖等中药方剂以提高免疫力,并针对细菌感染种类抗生素进行治疗。同时,注意环境消毒清洁工作,良好的饲养管理和饮食,避免猪出现应激反应。

A pig farm in Yunnan found that the nursery pigs had symptoms such as death,cough,diarrhea,etc.In order to find the cause and control the epidemic,the blood and tissues of the dead pigs were collected for antigen and antibody testing,tissue sections and bacterial isolation and culture,and treatment recommendations were given.The results showed that the sows of the farm were immunized qualified,the nursery pigs were not immunized against PRRS.The antigen results of the sows were all negative,the nursery pigs were infected with PCV,PRRSV,Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus,and Salmonella.Microscopic observation showed that the overall structure of the lung was damaged and the alveoli were filled with red mucus.Splenic trabeculae widened,splenic corpuscle hemorrhage,interstitial and sinus widened,the boundary between red pulp area and white pulp area was unclear,and lymphocytes disappeared.It is recommended that the pig farm promptly find out the reasons for the failure of the immunization of pigs whose antibody level is lower than 80%,and adjust and replant the vaccination.Secondly,for the mixed infection phenomenon in the pig farm,the nursing pigs should be isolated,and the sick pigs should be fed with traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions such as astragalus polysaccharide to improve immunity,and treated with antibiotics according to the types of bacterial infection.At the same time,pay attention to environmental disinfection and cleaning,good feeding management and diet,and avoid stress reactions in pigs.
