摘要
随着中国经济的快速发展,中国的原油生产和建设得到了进一步的发展。管道输油作为最常见的低成本输油技术,在输油量中居于首位。具有高度的可控性和安全性,涵盖了国内大型原油运输项目.但在稳定管道建设和使用的同时,也暴露出影响整个管道运行和安全的多种风险因素。因此,消除这些潜在因素,降低事故发生的可能性是当务之急。本文旨在分析影响管道运输的安全因素,并提出解决方案,旨在改善原油管道输送状况,为今后的研究奠定基础。原油主要通过公路、铁路、水上、空中和管道运输。管道运输是原油运输的最佳方式,具有成本低、运输量大等方面的独特优势。在当前国际形势下,原油管道输送主要是封闭式的,这不仅使运输更加困难,也很难发现安全风险因素。此外,通过管道进行长距离运输无法控制运输条件,也无法保证管道的耐久性。针对这类输油管道输送问题,总结了一些典型的输油管道原油输送问题,分析了事故原因,提出了解决方案。
With the rapid development of China's economy,China's oil production and construction have been further developed.As the most common low-cost oil transportation technology,pipeline oil transportation ranks first in the oil transportation volume.It has high controllability and safety,covering large domestic oil transportation projects However,while stabilizing the construction and use of the pipeline,it also exposes a variety of risk factors affecting the operation and safety of the whole pipeline.Therefore,it is urgent to eliminate these potential factors and reduce the possibility of accidents.This paper aims to analyze the safety factors affecting pipeline transportation and put forward solutions,in order to improve the situation of crude oil pipeline transportation and lay a foundation for future research.Oil is mainly transported by road,railway,water,air and pipeline.In particular,pipeline transportation is the best way of crude oil transportation,considering its unique advantages in low cost and large transportation volume.Under the current international situation,crude oil pipeline transportation is mainly closed,which not only makes transportation more difficult,but also makes it difficult to find safety risk factors.In addition,long-distance transportation through the pipeline cannot control the transportation conditions and ensure the durability of the pipeline.In view of this kind of oil pipeline transportation problems,this paper summarizes some typical oil pipeline crude oil transportation problems,analyzes the causes of the accident,and puts forward solutions.
