摘要
某原油终端厂生化处理单元采用的传统循环式活性污泥工艺不能在高含油、高盐、聚合物成分复杂的工况下满足生物需氧量(BOD_(5))、总氮、总磷等物质的排放要求,因此利用A^(2)O+MBR组合工艺原理对原有系统进行工艺改造,并对改造后的系统进行分析,确定该工艺脱磷除氮效果较好,能有效的降低BOD_(5)含量。
The traditional circulating activated sludge process used in the biochemical treatment unit of a crude oil terminal plant can not meet the emission requirements of BOD_(5),total nitrogen,total phosphorus and other substances under the conditions of high oil content,high salt and complex polymer composition.Based on the principle of A^(2)O+MBR combined process,the original system is transformed,and the transformed system is analyzed.It is determined that the process has good dephosphorization and nitrogen removal effect and can effectively reduce the content of BOD_(5).
