自吸泵的叶轮切割方法

摘要 影响自吸泵自吸性能的因素比较多,其中泵体涡壳中隔舌与叶轮外径之间的间隙是很重要的一个影响因素。而在产品选型中,经常出现一种原形泵的扬程比客户需求的扬程高了2~20m。自吸泵切割叶轮外径后,将使泵体涡壳中隔舌与闭式叶轮外径的间隙变大,从而影响泵的自吸性能。本文分别介绍了自吸泵的闭式叶轮和半开式叶轮的切割方法,并进行了性能测试。测试结果表明,达到了预期的效果,保证了自吸性能,可应用于各种自吸泵叶轮的切割。 There are many factors affecting the self-priming performance of self-priming pump,among which the clearance between the casing tongue and the outer diameter of the impeller is a very important factor.In product selection,there is often a pump with full size impeller whose head is 2 to 20m higher than that required by customers.After the self-priming pump cuts the impeller,the clearance between the casing tongue and the outer diameter of the closed impeller will become larger,which will affect the self-priming performance of the pump.In this paper,the cutting methods of closed impeller and semi open impeller of self-priming pump are introduced respectively,and the performance test is carried out.The expected effect is achieved and the self-priming performance is guaranteed.It can be applied to the cutting of various self-priming pump impellers.
