Development and Industrial Application of Domestic FCC Slurry Oil Filtration Technology

由于国内催化裂化油浆的高密度、高黏度、高固含量、粒度小等更加劣质化特点,导致油浆液固分离领域装置无法实现长周期连续运行,严重制约油浆的高附加值下游应用。为解决这一业内难题,上海蓝科历经10余年努力,调研了国内30多套催化裂化油浆特性参数,并在此基础成功研发出适合国产油浆特点的过滤技术和核心滤芯,该技术已成功工业化,并且在过滤精度、在线时间、过滤压差等方面全面超越国外进口技术,实现了油浆过滤技术的国产化突破。

Due to the poor quality characteristics of domestic FCC slurry Oil,such as high density,high solid content and small particle size,there is no domestic technology available in the field of slurry solid separation,and the imported technology is inconsistent with water and soil,which makes the unit unable to realize long-term continuous operation,which seriously restricts the downstream application of high added value slurry.In order to solve this industry problem,Shanghai Lanke has investigated more than 30 sets of domestic FCC slurry oil characteristic parameters after more than 10 years of efforts,and has successfully developed a filtration technology suitable for the characteristics of domestic slurry oil.The technology has been successfully industrialized,and has completely surpassed the imported technology in terms of filtration accuracy,online time,filtration pressure difference,etc Industrialization breakthrough.
