复合夹芯纤维增强水泥板抗爆性能研究

摘要 为研究市面主流抗爆板在气相燃爆冲击条件下的性能,搭建了一套大尺度气相燃爆冲击测试装置,选取了两款纤维增强水泥板并对其抗爆性能及破坏效应进行了试验研究。结果显示,两款纤维增强水泥板均可以抵抗800 kPa/15 ms的气相燃爆冲击载荷,但板材冲击变形较为严重,与框架连接处大部分发生脱离,在今后的抗爆改造工程中需要进一步改善该类抗爆板的安装固定方式。 In order to study the performance of mainstream anti-detonation panels in the market under the condition of gas-phase ignition and detonation impact,a set of large scale gas phase ignition and explosion impact test equipment was built.Two fiber reinforced cement panels were selected to conduct experimental research on their anti-explosion performance and damage effect.The results showed that the two fiber reinforced cement panels could both resist the gas phase ignition and detonation impact load of 800 kPa/15 ms,but the impact deformation of the panel was relatively serious,and most of the joints between the frame and panel were detached.In the future,it is necessary to improve the installation and fixing method of this kind of anti-explosion plate in the anti-explosion reconstruction project.
