摘要
电压暂降是导致石化企业非计划停工的重要原因之一。分类描述石化企业生产过程中几种典型电压暂降发生的主要原因及危害,从机理上分析敏感设备及生产过程在电压暂降影响下的暂态特性,由电网级、设备级及工业过程级3个维度入手,提出了石化企业电压暂降防控及治理的具体措施,为增强企业供电系统可靠性、减少由电压暂降导致的企业非计划停工奠定基础。
Voltage sag is one of the important reasons leading to unplanned shutdowns of petrochemical enterprises.The main causes and hazards of voltage sag in petrochemical production were described.The transient characteristics of sensitive equipment and production process under the influence of voltage sag were analyzed from the mechanism.Starting from the three dimensions of power grid level,equipment level and industrial process level,the specific measures for the prevention,control and governance of voltage sags in petrochemical enterprises were put forward,which would lay the foundation for enhancing the reliability of the enterprise′s power supply system and reducing the unplanned shutdown of the enterprise caused by the voltage sag.
