摘要
采用硫酸溶液溶解高纯物质进行基体匹配,配置了系列标准溶液,建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP—AES)测定镀锡板镀层中铬元素的方法,铬元素质量分数0.001%~0.003%范围内标准曲线呈线性,线性相关系数为0.9999,定量限为0.0005%(质量分数)。该方法应用于镀锡板样品测定,结果的相对标准偏差小于3%,加标回收率在100%~112%范围,与辉光放电光谱法测定结果比较,较为满意。
The standard solution series and the method for the determination of chromium in tinplate coating by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was established by matrix matching method in sulfuric acid solution.The calibration curve was linear in the mass fraction of chromium in the range of 0.001%~0.003%,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999 and the quantification limit was 0.0005%(mass fraction).The method was applied to the determination of tinplate samples.The relative standard deviations(RSD,n=6)of the results were less than 3%,and the spiked recoveries were in the range of 100%~112%.The found results were consistent with those obtained by glow discharge spectrometry(GDS).
