摘要 介绍了非焦冶炼熔融还原HIsmelt工艺的发展历程、技术特征和技术优势情况。指出,该工艺直接使用普通铁矿粉和煤粉进行喷吹冶炼,彻底摆脱焦化、烧结、球团等传统高炉生产流程中重污染工序,实现月度产量5.5万t,煤耗保持在850 kg/t左右;具有生产稳定、成本经济和环保先进的特点;配套转炉或电炉炼钢工艺,可形成新的钢铁生产流程配置,对于我国钢铁产业结构调整、国内铁矿资源的开发利用和产品质量升级具有重要意义。 This paper introduces the development history,technical characteristics and technological advantages of HIsmelt reduction process in non-coke smelting.The process directly uses ordinary iron ore powder and coal powder for blowing smelting,completely get rid of coking,sintering,pelletization and other traditional blast furnace production process of heavy pollution processes,achieving an average monthly output of 55,000 tons,coal consumption at about 850 kg/t.It has the characteristics of stable production cost economy and advanced environmental protection.It forms a new steel production flow configuration by supporting the BOF or EAF steelmaking process,which is of great significance to the structural adjustment of China's steel industry,the development and utilization of domestic iron ore resources and product quality upgrading.
