摘要
在实现污染物超低排放的同时,为进一步降低其排放总量,河钢唐钢从源头和过程出发进行污染物减排技术的大力研发,提出在河钢唐钢新区2922 m^(3)高炉应用高比例球团矿(配比≥50%)的炉料结构。从环境保护、炉型特点、高炉操作和经济性等方面,对高比例球团矿炉料结构进行了分析,球团工序能耗相比烧结工序降低25~35 kgce/t,烟气浓度相比烧结工序降低50%左右。实践证明,应用高比例球团矿后,能在源头上有效降低污染物生成总量。
While achieving ultra-low pollutant emissions,in order to further reduce the total pollutant emissions,the research and development of source and process pollutant reduction technology is actively carried out.Besides,the application of a high proportion pellet ore(ratio≥50%)charge structure is proposed in the 2922 m^(3) blast furnace of HBIS Tangsteel New District.This paper analyzes the charge structure of high-proportion pellet ore from the aspects of environmental protection,furnace type characteristics,blast furnace operation and economy,etc.The energy consumption of the pelletizing process is relatively reduced by 25~35 kgce/t,and the flue gas concentration is decreased by about 50%compared with the sintering process.It is proved that after applying high proportion pellet ore,the total amount of pollutants can be effectively mitigated at source.
