摘要
为进一步释放产能、提高市场竞争力,抢占市场份额,分析了钢铁上下游工序关键控制点,提出了“深挖内部潜能、优化生产组织、高效协同发展”的管理理念。通过创新钢铁界面高效生产模式,提升转炉生产节奏、缩短“脱硫一转炉”周期,优化板坯生产节奏,“铁、钢、轧”界面全面自动化管控等措施,全流程生产管控效率明显提高,取得了可观的经济效益。
In order to further release production capacity,improve market competitiveness and seize market share,the key control points of upstream and downstream processes of steel were analyzed,and the management concept of optimizing production organization with high efficiency and equal development was put forward.Through the innovation of high-efficiency production mode of steel interface,improvement of BOF production rhythm,shortening of desulphurization to BOF cycle,optimization of slab production rhythm,comprehensive automatic control of iron and steel rolling interface and other measures,the production control efficiency of the whole process has been significantly improved and considerable economic benefits have been achieved.
