摘要 本文通过耐候钢应用现状及分析,对耐候钢能否应用于海洋环境进行探究,为海上平台目前涂层维修频率高、维修难、维护成本高等问题提供解决思路与建议。国家野外实验站青岛站为期5 a的大气、潮差、飞溅和全浸区暴露实验结果表明,桥梁耐候钢Q460NH并未出现局部腐蚀现象,表现为较为均匀的平均腐蚀。耐候钢在青岛海洋大气区、飞溅区、全浸区和潮差区的实验结果表明,其耐蚀性均较普通碳钢高,尤其是大气区、潮差区和全浸区,腐蚀速率更是降低2/3和1/2,大大降低海洋工程腐蚀完整性管理的后期维护费用。 Based on the application status and analysis of weathering steel,this article explores whether weathering steel can be used in the marine environment,and provides ideas and suggestions for solving the problems of high frequency of coating maintenance,difficult maintenance,and high maintenance cost of offshore platforms.The five-year exposure test results of atmospheric,tidal range,splash and full-immersion at Qingdao Station of the National Field Experiment Station show that the bridge weathering steel Q460NH shows no local corrosion but shows a relatively uniform average corrosion.The experimental results of weathering steel in Qingdao marine atmosphere,splash zone,full immersion zone and tidal range show that its corrosion resistance is higher than that of ordinary carbon steel.Especially,the corrosion rate of weathering steel at atmospheric zone,tidal range and full immersion zone is reduced by 2/3 and 1/2 as compared with ordinary carbon steel,which can reduce significantly the maintenance and anticorrosion cost.
