摘要
通过对抛丸后喷漆、脱脂磷化后喷粉、脱脂磷化后电泳等不同涂层工艺的耐盐雾、色差等性能验证分析,指出了ISO 12944—2017中C3大气腐蚀级别、5~15 a中等耐久性年限的不同工艺的涂层配套要求。为行业涂装工艺设计提供参考意义,确保涂装工艺涂层质量的可靠性,切实满足客户对涂装外观防护的要求。
The salt spray resistance,color difference and other properties of film via different coating process are investigated.The requirements of coating system are pointed out according to requirements of ISO 12944.These requirements are useful for modification of the coating process in practical engineering projects and enable good film appearance and coating quality as required by customers.
