摘要
本文通过对比不同的聚酯树脂、流平剂、消光剂、填料、生产厂家TGIC、树脂配比、蜡粉、消光剂用量以及挤出工艺等条件对涂层表面光泽、流平、肌肤感以及饱满度的影响。在多组实验中得出制备单组分聚酯/TGIC仿肌肤粉末最佳配方以及在制备过程中需注意的工艺参数。
In this paper,the effects of different polyester resin,leveling agent,extinction agent,filler,TGIC manufacturers,resin content,wax powder,amount of matting agent and extrusion process on the surface gloss,leveling,touch-feeling and fullness of the coating were compared.The optimal formula and technical parameters for preparing the 1K polyester/TGIC touch-feeling powder coatings were obtained via several experiments.
