高增稠多彩分散相乳液应用研究

Super Thickening Effect of Emulsion for Colorbase of Multicolor Coating

针对自制分散相乳液和市场基础漆乳液,测试了乳液膜的耐水白。制备了基础漆,并测试了基础漆的初始黏度和热贮存黏度稳定性。同时测试了基础漆调红色后的耐水性,对比了基础漆造粒后的抗渗色性,分析了成品多彩漆的初始喷涂效果和热贮存后的喷涂效果。结果表明,自制分散相乳液膜耐水白优异、纤维素增稠效率高、其基础漆黏度稳定、造粒后不渗色、抗剪切性优,其成品漆的稳定性佳,初始漆和热贮存后的漆喷涂效果基本一致。

The water whitening resistance of the self-prepared emulsion film was tested.The basic paint was prepared by using the self-prepared emulsion.The initial viscosity and thermal storage stability of the basic paint were tested.Meanwhile,the water resistance of the basic paint added with red colorant was investigated.The spraying effect of the multicolor coatings at initial stage and after thermal storage test was examined respectively.The results show that the self-prepared emulsion film has good water whitening resistance,super thickening effect with cellulose,stable viscosity of basic paint,no color-bleeding effect and good anti-shearing performance.And its multicolor coating shows good thermal stability and spraying effect.
