中国传统理想人格是中国传统道德价值的主体内容,亦是支撑中国人精神世界的依据所在。它经过千百年的传承和流布,早已根植于中国人的内心深处,成为一代又一代中国人不竭的精神动力。基于共通的精神血脉和文化土壤,中国传统理想人格和时代新人之间存有深刻的内生关系,从而能够为时代新人培育提供思想参照、路径参照和价值参照。因此,在新时代中国特色社会主义的大背景下,必须充分发挥“道德模范”“政府主体”“学校主渠道”以及“家庭道德教化”等作用,以期探赜两者之间的融合路径,最终实现对中国传统理想人格进行创造性转化和创新性发展。

Chinese traditional ideal personality is the main content of Chinese traditional moral value,and also the basis to support the spiritual world of Chinese people.After thousands of years of inheritance and dissemination,it has long been rooted in the deep heart of the Chinese people and become the inexhaustible spiritual power of generations of Chinese people.Based on the common spiritual bloodline and cultural soil,there is a profound endogenous relationship between the traditional Chinese ideal personality and the newcomers of the era,which can provide ideological reference,path reference and value reference for cultivating the newcomers of the era.Based on this,we intend to explore the integration path between the“establishment of moral model”,“the role of the government as the main body”,“the role of the school’s main channel”and“the role of family moral education”.And then discuss:under the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,how to realize the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese traditional ideal personality thought.
